How far in advance do I have to make my reservation?
All reservations must be done 24 hours online or by calling our customer care
What are the hours of operations?
We service 24/7
Can I book a vehicle per hour?
Yes. Our vehicle can be booked hourly, price may vary based on the type of vehicle. A minimum of 4 hours is required.
Is there a fee for Meet-and-Greet service at the airport?
Yes. We charge a fee of $20 dollars US.
Do you have a standard gratuity fee?
Yes, our basic gratuity is 20%
Do you provide non-medical transportation services?
Yes. All reservations must be done 24 hours in advance
Do you offer local services?
No. Unfortunately we only handle Airport transportation, long distance, special events and corporate travel services.
What type of payment you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Zelle
Do you offer Car Seats and Booster seats?
Yes. We do charge a fee of $10 for each requested
Do you charge additional fee for rush hour and overnight?
Yes. We do charge extra for any job between the hours of 2pm – 7pm Rush hour Time And job between the hours of 11:30pm to 4:30am – Please contact office for details.
